HOME BIRTH PRACTICE OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS
We know how tough it is running a busy home birth practice and trying to improve day to day functionality of the business. We know how hard you are working to support your clients and just can't keep up with the paperwork and pile of unfinished work sitting around. We can help you take baby steps in improving the flow of your practice so clients and yourself can get the best support possible!
HOME BIRTH PRACTICE BURNOUT PREVENTION
The burnout rate is too high for midwives! We need to grow and expand healthy, vibrant midwives for many generations to be able to serve. In order for that to happen, midwives need support in preventing and managing midwifery burnout. Especially home birth midwives, the demands on your family, freedom, and mental health takes a toll over time. We teach midwives how to be resilient business owners, moms, and midwives!
